  • Manage the sales dept.’s resources and personnel to obtain maximum benefit through recruiting, training, organization and leadership.       
  • Perform timely employee performance evaluation as prescribed by corporate guidelines
  • Develop, manage and evaluate Sales Dept. compensation plans to promote the success of corporate sales programs and maintain current P/L requirement.
  • Develop and execute both short and long range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management, to ensure the profitability and growth of the company’s products.
  • Coordinate the appraisal and reporting of corporate sales plans and programs to Senior Management
  • Maintain a satisfactory profit/loss  ratio as identified  by corporate pro-set operational standards for the sales
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategy component of product marketing mix.                            

                                                                                                                                                                       
Requirement

  • Strong sales management experience
  • Experience of being responsible for P&L of business units
  • At least 8 years in senior management position
