Position : Technical Consultant (Product and Solution Dept.)

Job Scope

  • Analyze and translate the customer's business requirements, enabling tailored design of network solutions, including proposal, quotation and presentations.
  • Co-work with suppliers and internal team members to support product development of the Corporate.
  • Offer effective technical support, and maintain contemporary technology trends.
  • Support Account Team to maintain good relationship with customers.


  • A quick learner and doer
  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer/Communication/ Electronic Engineering or other related fields
  • Over 3 years¡¯ working experience in IT or Telecom companies, proven track record
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are required. Japanese will be a big plus
  • Wide knowledge in Enterprise IP and Voice Network field are required
  • Ability to provide guidance on WAN bids and designs
  • Ability to translate highly technical service propositions into customer benefits
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and a positive attitude under pressure
  • CCIE or CISSP certification will be an advantage
  • Experience in pre-sales, engineering/PM function of Telecom Industry will be an advantage
