Sales Manager
[Report to: Sales Director]

Responsibilities

  • Drives the sales organization to meet or exceed all performance objectives through the effective management of personnel, field and inside team resources
  • Ensures an outstanding customer experience for account set specifically through helping their sales team provide Enterprise solutions
  • Helps coordinate operations and manage the relationship between inside and field sales personnel
  • Attracts, develops, and retains high-performing Account Executives or Global Account Managers
  • May be responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level
