Retail Market place Planning manager


  • Door opening tracking & analysis, enhance DMS for retail operation
    ©~ Lead & develop Door Master System to ensure Door opening tracking process are on time for shop opening to
    ¡¡ support sales target. Responsible for setting criteria, measurement for site evaluation & approval process.
    ©~ Timely complete Store opening schedule report (by every Fri) as accurate. Monthly report to Sales / Retail for store
    ¡¡ # of LTD/ YTD/MTD, tracking by region vs. POS channel target #.
    ©~ Weekly review / communicate with Regional Space coordinators for POS opening status, bring attention to status
    ¡¡ of POS opening progress & highlight key pending POS, to find solution for any outstanding issue.
  • Lead & supervise regional Space coordinator on POS opening process to execute / maintain operational excellence for regional door tracking process/ reporting.
    ©~ Responsible for Door master approval for all site selections. Validate POS information to meet the supporting
    ¡¡ criteria for site approval process.
    ©~ Conduct training/tools for retailers and regional sale reps to make sure they understand NIKE design concept &
    ¡¡ store applying / opening process above twice of the year.
    ©~ Continuously drive improvement and innovation to excel DMS to enhance every steps of shop opening process.
    ©~ -Closely working with IT, for setting develop plan, making projection line for every phase of enhancement. Ex.
    ¡¡ Automatic fixture order delivering/ data collection & DMS process to set up for Owned retail.
  • Budget Planning/ management
    Lead & manage Retail total budget of DC & Opex, forecast Demand creation budget by fiscal yr, manage in all functions & divided into regional budget spending to drive sales target growth. Work closely & communicate with related functions, Finance & regional sales/RRMs for budget spending( tracking actual Data) & control. Make sure we are utilizing the resources effectively.
    ©~ Work closely with space development team on shop opening plan & shipment report, to align weekly & update the
    ¡¡ budget tracking report.
    ©~ Monthly budget report tracking on fixture, lighting, design, flooring & construction
    ©~ Monthly budget report tracking by regional spending, actual vs remaining & by channel report.
  • Business related analysis report
    ©~ Review & develop business report/ analysis timely. Provide analytical expertise to maximize investment support to
    ¡¡ achieve business goals. Closely working with RRMs & sales in developing financial investment plan to support new
    ¡¡ space expansion.
    ©~ Set KPI, measurement to maximize investment priorities in line with market mapping development.
    ©~ Leverage regional performance on comp door growth, develop collaboration in driving effective resources

  • HRP, People Development
    Lead, educate, motivate & uplift each individual¡¯s competencies to deliver company¡¯s business result. Align with cross-functional team to execute consistent strategies, Support and streamline retail process to maximize efficiencies, communication, and talent movement.
