Staffing Supervisor- China

The Staffing Supervisor, China is a highly visible position directly responsible for all recruitment through hire activities for assigned functional areas. Specifically, the Staffing Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Recruitment activities including job posting, career fairs, college recruiting, and internet resume mining, etc.
  • Managing the selection process, including pre-qualifying applicants, interviewing, etc..
  • Ensuring compliance and diversity efforts in all staffing activities, including affirmative action efforts, applicant tracking, interview logs, etc.
  • Lead national-wide campus recruitment activity and other university projects
  • All required feedback and correspondence to applicant/candidates.
  • Working with hiring manager and staffing manager to prepare and present offers of employment.
  • Working with managers and HR representatives to ensure all necessary pre-employment paperwork and documents are provided by candidates prior to start of employment.
  • Knowledge of all local state employment laws.
  • Ensuring that the Staffing Process is followed in all phases of staffing ¨C from recruitment to hire.
  • Meeting assigned metrics in all staffing activity.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor¡¯s degree and 5 -7 years experience in Staffing & Recruitment. You must be a team player with the ability to relate to individuals in management. You must be highly motivated with a proven ability to utilize all available recruiting channels to locate top candidates.
