Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Set up company¡¯s integral training construction, responsible for the establishment and improvement of the training structure and system;
  • Involve in the developing, setting, writing and implementation of training courses;
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and executing of training programs;
  • Project the development work of the whole staffs, guarantee the sustainability of company¡¯s human resources.

Requirement

  • Capable of establishing consummate training system and internal instructors team;
  • Manage training records, data and feedback information, systematic analysis skills;
  • Good skills of schooling and course designing, able to develop training courses;
  • Good organization, interpersonal communication and inspiration skills;
  • Minimum 8 years experience in the same position in large companies. Able to set down across-the-board training program independently, experience in multi-national companies is preferred.
  • Good Command of English in Oral & Written.
