  Job Duties and Requirements:
 
Conduct industrial / market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry
 
Prepare proposal / contracts and make presentation to client
 
Assist team leader or team manager on overall project management including process, risk assessment, client negotiation and communication, job description analysis and modification, billing, payment collection and other job related requirements raised by clients
 
Work closely with clients and researcher to search, select, interview and recommend qualified candidates to fill client's' assignments
 
Projects updates to client
 
Provide recruiting or other HRM consulting services as required by clients
 
Researching coaching
 
Monitor updating of executive search database both in hardcopy and softcopy
 
On-site service to clients when needed
 
Marketing of online and offline business
   
 
  Key Competencies:
 
University degree or above
 
At least 3 years working experience in MNC, Industry leading company, consulting or executive searcher firm
 
In-depth understanding of all functions of a multinational company
 
Aggressive, enthusiastic, proactive, persistence and able to work under pressure
 
Good judgment
 
Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
 
Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Key Appraisal Standard:
 
Weekly / Monthly project updates reports to clients including: number of candidates approached / phone-interviewed / face-to-face-interviewed, feedback of candidates, interview appraisal and analysis, problem / barriers / issues raised, client support needed, suggestion and plan of next week, etc by copy to team leader

Providing long list and case control report for enrich executive search database and better control of project
 
Constantly project updates to researcher and providing training whenever needed
 
Monthly market information update and sharing with team members
 
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationship with clients and candidates
 
Help manager / team leader to building up standard and professional procedures in executive search
 
Monitor to collect payment as Company requirement

  Job Duties and Requirements:

Update market information with consultants on timely basis
 
Work closely with Consultant and clients to analyze & comprehend client background, job description
 
Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, and obtain their resumes
 
Key in all qualified resumes in executive searcher database (hardcopy & softcopy) and updating on regular basis
 
Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached
 
Conduct face to face interview as required by consultant or client when necessary
 
Be assist to consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with clients & candidate coordination, etc.
 
Other tasks assigned
   
 
  Key Competencies:
 
College degree or above, majored in Human Resources Management would be ideal
 
At least 1 years working experience
 
Experience in Human resources management and consulting is a strong plus
 
knowledge and skills in recruiting and interviewing
 
Aggressive, enthusiastic, proactive and able to work under pressure
 
Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
Fluent oral and written English
